3. Inquiries and Submitted Information
When you submit information through the contact form or other communications, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through the website contact form.
Website submissions help Bliss Cyber evaluate inquiries and respond, but submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee service availability.

- ▸Confidentiality and security expectations
- ▸Access permissions and client responsibilities
- ▸Data handling, retention, and third-party tooling
- ▸Commercial terms, limitations, and project assumptions
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bliss Cyber does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, available, error-free, or free of harmful components.
References to frameworks, risks, timelines, attack scenarios, or security outcomes are informational and not warranties or binding service commitments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliss Cyber will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to use of the website, reliance on website content, or inability to use the website.
